Kartik aka mebookgeeko, is an Indian teenager who has a passion for reading. If you were to take a look at his book shelf, you would find it packed full of Young Adult fiction novels, with the favourable being dytopian, adventurous, historical fiction, paranormal romance and fantasy.  However he will read almost any kind of book as long as it is fictional. That does not mean he is able to finish it though..

MeBookGeeko was kind of a long process and I’d been thinking about joining the blogging world before I finally signed up. The two main reasons why I decided to start blogging back in April 2013 was that I think it’s a great way to keep track of the books I read each year and put my thoughts into words, so to speak, and to be part of this wonderful community that I had been observing for a while and which had always fascinated me. Since none of my friends like reading as much as I do (and even if they do read, they prefer completely different genres and authors), I needed a place where I could talk about them without being labelled a nerd.


I’m enjoyed every second of it. On top of making some lifelong friends and discovering some amazing blogs I now read on a daily basis, being part of the blogging world has opened my eyes to so many things and so many different genres that I’ve never tried or never even heard of before and I just can’t imagine my life without it.

How about getting a little more personal?
- interested in reading (obviously), art, singing, writing songs, web design(newly),
- owns a blog
-don't have a pet(but i want one)
- my bookcase no longer accommodates all of the books i owns (even double stacked)
- organised with everything except the state of my room.
